And if you are a beginner like me, just getting into bodybuilding or strength training, then this book will definitely help you. This book explains everything that you need to know so you can succeed in either gaining muscle or losing fat. From how to calculate your calorie maintenance level (cml), to which foods you should be eating and avoiding, to the explanation of the Glycemic index. Not only does this book include recipes for meat lovers, but it also has recipes for vegetarians and vegans, too! This book even includes a healthy recipe for Pecan and Dark Chocolate Chip cookies! You will definitely not get bored with these recipes, they are more than just poached chicken and steamed veggies. This book will definitely be my go-to for healthy food and yummy recipes!
